• All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

Lofti UI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our components:

• Use components in personal and commercial projects
• Modify and adapt components for your specific needs
• Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense components as standalone products
• Do not claim ownership of the original component code
• Do not use components in competitive products

All content, components, branding, and intellectual property on Lofti UI remain our exclusive property. This includes but is not limited to:

• Component code and designs
• Branding and logos
• Website content and documentation
• Any proprietary methods or techniques

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise platform security
• Sharing access or abusing subscription limits
• Reverse engineering or extracting source code beyond permitted usage
• Uploading malicious code or content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our components will work in every environment or that bugs will not occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lofti UI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Costs of substitute products or services

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
